So far I’m not doing so hot with my weekly NFL picks and predictions. In fact it seems like if I pick a team to win, it’s a sure bet that they will lose. I didn’t get my NFL Week 14 predicitions in last week because, well, I discovered Twilight on Saturday and spent the whole weekend in a Twilight/New Moon Haze. I don’t even think I saw a single game last weekend until the Monday night Cardinals game, which was a total disaster. And sadly, I’ll miss most of this weeks games because I’ll be working all day Sunday.

So anyway, here are my picks for the week. Hopefully I’ll get my Game of the Week & Recipes up tomorrow!

Saturday’s Random Night Game:

  • Dallas Cowboys vs. New Orleans Saints: Saints. I dunno, I’m kinda liking this unbeaten team. I don’t really want the Cowboys to lose but I want the streak to continue

Sunday

1:00 Games

  • Arizona Cardinals at Detroit Lions Cardinals. Aw, I almost feel bad about this since I’ve picked Detroit every week just to give the little guys a chance. But I never stray from my Cardinals love….. even after last weeks MNF disaster of a a game.
  • Miami Dolphins vs. Tennessee Titans: Tennessee. Kinda shocked myself because I thought I would have picked Miami but I feel compelled to say the Titans. Maybe because I’m listening to Daughtry’s “Tennesee Line” Miami is 7-6 and Tennessee is 6-7 so this is a key game. Whoever looses has their playoff dreams dashed.
  • Cleveland Browns vs. Kansas City Chiefs: Kansas City. Chiefs are 3-10, Browns are 2-11. It’s basically a matchup of who sucks worse.
  • Houston Texans vs. St Louis Rams: Texans. I really couldn’t care less about this matchup but I figure since the Rams are 1-12, it’s a good bet to not pick them!
  • Atlanta Falcons vs. New York Jets: Jets
  • San Fransisco 49ers vs. Philadelphia Eagles: Eagles. Definitely the Eagles. Still very annoyed with the 49ers about the Cardinals game last week.
  • Oakland Raiders vs. Denver Broncos: Oakland. Still have a lot of love for them!

4:00 Games

  • Cincinnati Bengals vs. San Diego Chargers Bengals. Normally I’d say Chargers but because of the whole Chris Henry tragedy, I feel I should give some love to Cincin. The Bengals are 9-4, Chargers are 10-3
  • Green Bay Packers vs. Pittsburgh Steelers: Packers. I am loving this Steelers Slump so I’d be quite happy for it to continue!
  • Tampa Bay Buccs vs. Seattle Seahawks: Seahawks. It’s rare for me to go against Tampa Bay since I live there but….. well……Seattle is only 4 hours from Forks, Wa….and I already mentioned that I am extremely obsessed with Twilight right now. Not to mention, Grey’s takes place there too and I’ve watched a lot of it this week. I heart Patrick Dempsey. (Yes, this is my actual reason for being Seattle. Go ahead & laugh, i don’t care!)
  • Chicago Bears vs. Baltimore Ravens: Ravens. Even though my BFF’s fave team is the Bears and he is even going to Chicago for Xmas, I heart Baltimore!

8:20 game

  • Minnesota Vikings vs. Carolina Panthers: Vikings. I like seeing Favre being a rock star again and Adrian Peterson makes me very happy.

Monday Night Football

  • New York Giants vs. Washington Redskins: Giants. I am a NY girl afterall!

  1. Mike Said,

Looks like you made a mistake in your picks. You picked against the Bears. First no ice cream, then this. I’m just shaking my head.
