My not-so-obvious, strange observations about sports themed movies! Amuse yourself

This is broken down by category but I must interject now and say that Rocky transcends the Boxing/Fighting Category. It ranks in the top sporting films of all time!

So there are two different kinds of tearjerkers when it comes to football movies: the ones that are so inspirational and moving that they shake up even the manliest of men; and the ones that are just so darn funny that you laugh until you cry!

What I found funny was that for as much as I love basketball, I couldn’t find a lot of basketball movies to love. Most “basketball movies” are not really about the game and only loosely feature it. I’ve searched and searched and every list I’ve seen and guy I’ve talked to has ranked them different. So rather than dispute and try to figure out what the best baseball movie of all time really is, I just wanted to give a list of really good ones that everyone likes

There is still a vast difference in baseball movies that I enjoy and the ones my dad or boyfriend think are “good baseball movies.” So I broke it down into two categories: Top Baseball Movies that Girls Love and Top Baseball Movies that Guys Love.
