Anne Hathaway could wear a paper bag and still be a fashion icon and America’s Princess. But this dress really elevated that status. Forget the little girl in Princess Diaries or the poor shlump in Prada, welcome to Miss Hathaway. Glam, fab and all grown up. She truly sparkled in this divine gown.

This is my pick for best Oscar Gown. I thought it was simply perfect. I’m not a Miley fan in any way shape or form, but I may have to really reconsider because this dress was a total WOW. Definitely too old for her but that doesn’t take away from its sheer fabulousness.
